6 Rooms - Small, Medium & Large

Each room includes the usual; 100% cotton linen, super king size Hypnos beds, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers & tv's. Bathrooms have robes, underfloor heating, the best showers you'll ever have and divine products by REN. Each is as individual as you, so which will you choose?

Room 1 - The Nice Bath Room

It's the bathroom in this Large Room that really has the wow factor. Light the oil burner, pour a glass of something fizzy and drift away in the huge roll top bath. The fact that it's on the ground floor just off the lobby area will be a plus for some people but not for others. You're welcome to bring your dog along too as it has easy access to the garden.

Room 2 - A Cosy Classic

It's one of our Small Rooms, but it's still 30sqm plus a generous ensuite shower room. There's a super king bed, armchair, desk and still lots of space. You'll love the large windows that look out onto the garden and Williamson Park beyond. This room can also be made into a twin.

Room 3 - James' Favorite Room

This Small Room is my favorite in the whole house, it's just so cosy. If I could I'd spend every Sunday afternoon lying on the bed reading the papers and drinking tea. Not everyone is as keen that the en-suite shower room is open plan. Again it's one of our smaller rooms but you still get a huge super king bed, desk, armchair.

Room 4 - The Hotel Inspector's Pick

This first floor Grand Room is a favorite with The Hotel Inspector and every travel writer who's stayed. What do they like? Well it might be the magnificent copper beech framed in the windows or it might be the en-suite with the stunning double shower. As always a super king bed, but can me arranged as a twin on request.

Room 5 - The Grand Attic Room

Right at the top of the house this is always our most popular room, probably because it's the largest. The en-suite bathroom is large too with a cast iron bath and shower over it. There's a table with chairs, as well as a sofa at the foot of the super king bed. This room can be arranged as a twin. Being in the eaves it has large velux windows, so it's very light - but there's no 'view.' It's a also not the best room to choose for the very tall or if you struggle with stairs.

Room 6 - The Newbie

This medium room is our new addition, created from part of the old barn this has quite a different feel to the main house. Tucked away up private staircase you're in a very private hideaway. Super king bed, mid century modern furnishings and a marble en-suite shower room. Open to the roof the room has a large beam spanning the space. Looks amazing but not a room for anyone over six feet tall.
